Your team's natural leaders, innovators and problem-solvers will shine as they make a Tuscan tomato bruschetta on crusty brown butter toast and a lemon, shallot, and arugula salad. Creativity will come through as everyone makes a fresh pesto flatbread from a selection of various toppings. The wonderfully spongey lemon olive oil cakes made for dessert will be the talk of the office for weeks to come.

Chef Rebecca was wonderful! She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about cooking. She was such a good teacher and kept us engaged the entire time.
