I took Chef Carolina’s Italian class with my work team last fall, and knew I wanted to do the Mexican class with friends for my birthday. It did not disappoint! Though Chef Carolina's holds degrees from the Art Institute and Institute of Natural Food, her life-long love of cooking began at home. She learned the magic of creating authentic Mexican food from her mother and grandmother, which inspired her to create menus using natural and unprocessed whole foods.
