Chef Francesca has created cooking classes with a menu based on the seafood specialties of the Mediterranean. You'll have the option to pick one recipe from each course. For appetizers, choose from grilled shrimp skewers and a smoked salmon and goat cheese crostini. As an entrée, choose from a grilled sea bass with sun-dried tomatoes, a roasted orata with lemon or a salmon filet with bottarga. Dessert is a choice of chocolate mousse or panna cotta.
