The cuisine of the Mediterranean is considered one of the healthiest diets in the world. In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Keith explores the childhood recipes of his grandmother YaYa as he teaches you to craft a hearty and healthful meal.

Prepare a rich spanakopita filled with cheese and spinach, a horiatiki salad with fresh vegetables and arni souvlaki made of lamb, yogurt and spices. Traditional baklava with flaky phyllo layers and walnuts makes a perfect desert for this satisfying menu.

Street Tacos - what a fun class! I learned some new techniques, where to purchase special ingredients and met some new neighbors! I really enjoyed myself and am so glad I attended this class at Skye Canyon Community Center.
