Cooking Class: Homemade Mexican Favorites
Transport your taste buds to Mexico as Chef Chris shares his expertise
and love of Mexican cuisine. You’ll learn how to prepare homemade tortillas and
tostadas, as well as how to incorporate fresh seafood, roasted green chilis and
other regional ingredients into the meal. Menu items include shrimp ceviche
with cilantro and chicken enchiladas with zesty salsa verde and queso fresco.
Finally, you’ll prepare crispy churros with Mexican chocolate dipping sauce for
dessert.

Great class and Chris is a great instructor! The leftovers I took home were reheated great and tasted as good as the day we made it. I look forward to our next Vegas trip and dropping by for another class.

From dishwashing to management and hospitality, Chef Chris has extensive experience in all areas of a professional kitchen. He has an associate degree in culinary arts and a bachelor's degree in food service management. He began his professional career working under a James Beard-nominated chef at his flagship restaurant in Miami. During this time, Chef Chris gained the finesse and expertise to take command as a true culinary leader.
