Ease into the weekend with a selection of pleasing brunch dishes prepared in high style.
Nothing declares the relaxed indulgence of the weekend quite like brunch! In this hands-on cooking class with Chef John, you'll discover a day-brightening take on the meal that's come to define the weekend vibe.
Start with chilled Champagne melon bowls, a refreshing first course that leads you into a reinvented classic, beef tenderloin Benedict with eggs and béarnaise sauce. And if brunch has a dessert course, the baked French toast you'll create certainly qualifies. Wrap things up with a mouthwatering strawberry soufflé served with Chambord sauce.
