Join her in preparing a three-course meal of popular French dishes, starting with light and creamy salmon rillettes spread on bite-sized baguettes. To follow, you will marinate and bake an elegant pork tenderloin with a whole grain mustard crust and serve it alongside cheesy potatoes au gratin and bacon-wrapped green beans. Finally, whisk, fold and mix a few high-quality ingredients to create decadent chocolate mousse from scratch.

Chef Stephanie received extensive culinary training in France before finding her niche as an instructor at the Art Institute, where she taught culinary arts for eight years. She focuses on kitchen fundamentals that emphasize technique as well as fostering confidence and creativity by exploring an array of ingredients and flavors that are both traditional and exotic. Chef Stephanie’s classes promise to be fun, exciting and memorable for her students.
