Chef Erin is such a delight!! I gifted this class to my partner for his birthday, and she made sure to make us feel super special! Very fun, energetic, and humorous, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time together. The food was delicious and we were happy to pick up some new tips and tricks! The hollandaise sauce was our favorite. We will definitely be returning to her kitchen with our friends, 11/10 recommend Chef Erin!
