Cooking Class: Rustic French Fare

Join Chef Rose as she introduces you to the elegance and class of French bistro cuisine. 

She'll teach you how to prepare orange segments to combine with arugula and shaved fennel to create a fresh salad topped with a delicate citrus vinaigrette. You'll use a traditional cast iron pan to perfectly sear a steak, which will be served with steak frites. A Cognac and creme sauce accompany the steak. Finally, chocolate pots de creme delivers a sweet ending to this hearty meal.
