Cooking Class: Romantic Italian Menu

Join Chef Sara for a menu featuring all the romance of a traditional Italian dinner in this hands-on cooking class. You and your significant other will be the focus of the evening as you learn how to prepare these Italian favorites. Start with a classic bruschetta with fresh tomatoes, basil and olive oil. Your entrée is chicken piccata with homemade pasta and lemon and caper butter sauce. Dessert is a sweet and creamy tiramisu with rum and coffee-soaked lady fingers and whipped mascarpone.

The handmade Cajun pasta class we took with Chef Sara was awesome! All the ingredients and utensils provided were in great shape and were neatly laid out ahead of time. Sara guided us through every step from the raw ingredients to a delicious meal, and we learned some great tips and techniques along the way. Excellent experience!
