Discover the joys of making your own pasta from scratch with interactive and hands-on cooking classes. Join Chef Seamus as he teaches you the art of traditional pasta making. You'll start by mixing, kneading and rolling flour, eggs and water into fresh pasta dough. This will then be shaped into pockets of ravioli. A mixture of savory ricotta and basil will fill the ravioli. Next, you'll make a creamy parmesan béchamel sauce to top the pasta.
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase alcoholic beverages from the venue to enjoy during the class.

He has many years' worth of experience serving as a sous chef and executive chef at various esteemed establishments including restaurants and resorts. Chef Seamus is the owner of an artisinal cured meats company and brings plenty of passion and expert knowledge to all of his culinary ventures.
