Cooking Class: Sushi Basics for Little Chefs

The fun of creating handmade sushi comes to life in this introductory kids cooking class from Chef Dominique. She'll get your junior gourmets in on the sushi sensation with a menu filled with authentic Asian specialties. 


They'll turn out their own crispy cream cheese Rangoon, prepare fresh and crunchy California rolls, and enjoy dairy-free strawberry milk and chocolate pudding cups, s'mores styles. This cooking class is recommended for students ages 8-18. Each group must have one adult in attendance, and adults require a paid admission to attend with their children. Adults can also create summer rolls with spicy peanut dipping sauce for an additional fee of $15.

With imitation crab or tofu, avocado, cucumbers and carrots
