Cooking Class: Make Hand-Crafted Pizza
In this engaging cooking class, you'll learn how to make hand-crafted artisan pizza. Chef David will bring the flavors of an authentic Italian kitchen as you learn valuable kitchen skills and techniques.
To begin, make the perfect dough and learn how to knead, throw and shape for the perfect pizza base. Choose your desired thickness before adding your desired toppings. You'll make a tomato sauce infused with aromatic herbs. Then top your pie with creamy mozzarella, savory meats, and fresh vegetables before baking it on a Blackstone grill.

David was personable informative and made the class fun. Although the Arsenal Cider House was a fun place to have the class it did not have the proper oven for making the pizza, I really enjoyed the class and recommend it.

The class was a lot of fun and the pizza was great. David was awesome to work with. I just wish that we would have been able to do more hands on. We were able to make the dough but did not get to make the sauce which I think would have made the class better and more hands on.
