Start out by combining corn flour and water to make fresh, warm corn tortillas. Then, create a sumptuous taco filling of tender chorizo and melty muenster cheese for bold flavors in every bite. Top off your scrumptious tacos with a homemade salsa verde featuring fresh tomatillo, onion, garlic and zesty serrano chiles. Once you've made these tacos, you'll never need takeout again!

Chef Josh was more than terrific. Before and during the class he kept us interested while sharing his knowledge. We learned gnocchi making and many other ‘hints’ in cooking. I highly recommend him as a chef teacher. I hope to attend another of his classes. (We tipped him at the class)

Chef Joshua Elias is an amazing person. My sister and I had a blast taking his class. We loved learning how to make Chorizo tacos from scratch and listening to his stories. I 100% recommend his class and it’s such a great way to destress from a long week or day. I plan to bring my husband to one of his classes!

Great hands on learning while sipping cocktails with friends/family. Chef Josh has a great personality, was very kind and patient with us while we learned to mix and roll dough for the first time :)

I think there needed to be more help. People had to wait there turn while others had started. The instructor did not have enough flour, so we all had to wait 30 minutes while someone had to run to the store. Don't get me wrong, the class was a lot of fun, but we wouldn't do this again. Sorry 💝
