Cooking Class: Make Pappardelle with Homemade Alfredo Sauce

Learn to make scratch-made, rustic pappardelle pasta and a creamy Alfredo sauce in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Na'Tori. Begin by combining farm fresh eggs and flour for your dough before kneading it into expertly-textured and shaped pappardelle noodles. While the dough rests, you will concoct a decadent Alfredo sauce made with garlic, heavy cream and lots of freshly grated parmesan cheese. The fresh noodles cook in a matter of minutes and are ready to be tossed in the savory sauce before you sit down to enjoy the fruits of your labor. 


Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer from the venue to enjoy during the class.
