Next, you'll make a classic Caesar salad with homemade croutons before learning to expertly cook a juicy strip steak and jumbo prawns. Discover a tantalizing recipe for roasted sweet potatoes to serve as a side dish. End this awesome class with a light yet satisfyingly sweet dessert of berries and a heavenly vanilla mascrapone.

Chef T was great! Not only was she extremely patient and supportive (we are not very good chefs), but she did a great job teaching. He had a great time with her and would love to do this afin with her as our chef!

Chef Tera is so fun to watch her cook. She adds such a fun attitude to the experience. I learned from her a couple of yummy dishes. The spinach, shrimp and crab dip recipe is one I will make again and again. Highly recommended Chef Tera.
