The vibrant flavors of authentic Indian cuisine come alive in this in-person cooking class from Chef Ryan. He'll share traditional techniques and classic recipes in a culinary course filled with heritage and heart!
Begin your lesson by preparing a batch of warm homemade naan using a recipe you'll be able to easily recreate on your own. Serve that with fresh baba ghanoush made with creamy roasted eggplant and flavored with roasted garlic. Then, create curry chicken with rice, seasoned with warm aromatics and made creamy with coconut milk. Close out your lesson by whipping up a batch of jalebi, crispy, lightly fried dessert fritters that carry a perfect touch of sweetness in every bite.
