This four-course feast begins with a traditional Italian chopped salad using radicchio, pepperoncini, provolone and vinaigrette. Next, you'll make a classic: orecchiette pasta tossed with hearty broccoli rabe and fennel sausage in a garlicky white wine sauce. After that, you get to learn a second traditional pasta: cacio e pepe, made with divine doughy pici pasta. Save room for a decadent dessert that fuses two indulgent favorites: tiramisu cheesecake.
