Cooking Class: Let's Do Homemade Linguine Ragu

An expert in Italian food, Chef Mary will teach you time-honored pasta-making techniques, from preparing the dough to rolling and cutting your fresh, handmade pasta. The fun doesn't end there, because you'll also make an incredible, savory mushroom ragu to serve your linguine in.
