You'll start with flaky, savory drop biscuits made with coconut oil and plant-based milk to eat with an incredibly flavorful carrot and ginger soup seasoned with fresh thyme and onions. Next, it's onto robustly seasoned butternut squash steaks with a zesty chile rub to be served alongside a classic Greek salad. Save room for an elegant chocolate mousse for dessert!

Steve was full of smiles and jokes while cooking his favorite dishes for us. He is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to cooking. I will be dreaming about his chocolate mousse until I recreate it myself.
