Chef Steve is ready to teach you how turn vegan dining into a celebration of taste and texture in this unique cooking class. His techniques for elevating simple plant-based ingredients into luxurious dishes are yours to discover! 


You'll start with flaky, savory drop biscuits made with coconut oil and plant-based milk to eat with an incredibly flavorful carrot and ginger soup seasoned with fresh thyme and onions. Next, it's onto buffalo cauliflower bites with creamy homemade ranch dressing. Kick up the heat and create hearty butternut squash steaks rubbed with chile. Save room for an elegant chocolate soufflé.
