Join Chef Nate for a cooking class featuring the fun and nutritious poke bowl trend. Poke is a quick and easy way to bring island flavor to your kitchen or backyard party. You'll learn how to steam white rice and marinate tuna to be combined with fresh ingredients like mango, avocado, sesame oil and marinated Japanese pickles. Nate was very welcoming and made everyone feel comfortable no matter what skill level they were at. He explained things well and the sushi was amazing!!
