Cooking Class: Keto Small Bites

In this hands-on, informative cooking class, Chef Keith will teach you how to prepare a few low-carb dishes perfect for a keto diet. He'll also offer advice for shopping for keto ingredients.


First you'll learn how to make smoky BLT dip with bacon, cheese and spices. Then you'll prepare crispy, spicy jalapeño sausage bites perfect for when hunger cravings strike. Up next is savory tostadas with cheese and your choice of turkey or beef. Dessert is a low-carb and satisfying almond flour chocolate chip cake.
