Cooking Class: Signature French Cuisine

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Charlie will guide you as you prepare an elegant menu of classic French dishes using time-honored culinary techniques. Begin by building a rich depth of flavor in a traditional French onion soup with crisp crostini and creamy Gruyère cheese. Next, you will learn how to bake baguette from scratch and prepare a hearty coq au vin with wine, brandy and fresh herbs. For dessert, you will create a patisserie-worthy apple tarte Tatin.
