Cooking Class: Knife Skills and Thai Spring Rolls

In this interactive cooking class, Chef Krong will guide you as you practice your knife skills to prepare a tofu and vegetable filling for classic rice paper rolls. Learn the assembly process and flavor profiles of this traditional Thai dish, then pair your rolls with homemade dips including a tangy sweet chili sauce and rich Thai peanut sauce. 

Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
