Cooking Class: Make Summer-Ready Thai Spring Rolls

In this interactive cooking class, Chef Krong will guide you as you practice your culinary skills to prepare a tofu and vegetable filling for classic rice paper rolls. Learn the assembly process and flavor profiles of this traditional Thai dish, then pair your rolls with homemade dips including a tangy sweet chili sauce and rich Thai peanut sauce. 


Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Krong went above and beyond to make my mom’s birthday night special. She came to our home and my family had so much fun learning how to make sushi with her. We had a few extra people show up (my family is quite large 😅) and she was very accommodating letting them watch and hang out while she did the class. I highly recommend booking with her for an excellent and intimate cooking experience. 10/10, no notes.
