In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Cat highlights the signature tastes and textures of Greek cuisine. Using regional ingredients, learn how to create popular Mediterranean dishes from start to finish. Begin with traditional skordalia, a garlic and potato dip served with fresh pita chips. Next, create a fresh Greek salad with bright tomatoes and briny Kalamata olives. The centerpiece of the meal is a roasted leg of lamb with fresh herbs and Greek yogurt and zesty lemon potato wedges on the side. For dessert, enjoy classic galaktoboureko, a creamy custard pie with phyllo and honey.

Her talent for tabletop design turns her dinners into artful experiences. She specializes in northern Mediterranean cuisine, though other global flavors entice her as well.
