Breakfast foods are the star of the show in this unique cooking class. Chef Elliott will teach you how to use fresh ingredients and refined techniques to elevate breakfast and brunch dishes to the next level. To start, you’ll prepare shrimp and grits, served with light and fluffy hominy. Next, you’ll lightly fry mouthwatering salmon croquettes, followed by a Southwestern scramble bursting with flavor. For dessert, you’ll prepare divine cinnamon honey buns. You can then show off everything you’ve learned to friends and family!
