Cooking Class: Classic Japanese Comfort Food

In this fun, interactive cooking class, Chef Melissa will teach you how to make three classic Asian comfort foods. You will learn the skills, techniques and recipes needed to whip up these flavor-packed dishes. First, you’ll make a popular Japanese street food — okonomiyaki — a savory pancake piled high with delicious toppings. You’ll then prepare a yellow, miso-mustard ramen with fresh Nantucket scallops. For dessert, you’ll craft a stack of matcha crêpes topped with ice cream. If you want a true taste of Japan, take this class!
