Practice the skills and techniques to create the traditional dishes of India in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Manjiri will show you how to transform familiar ingredients into a beautiful spread. Begin with crunchy poppadom, then build depth of flavor in a rich chicken curry alongside basmati rice and spiced vegetables. For a sweet ending, whip up a bright and creamy mango shrikand seasoned with cardamom and saffron.
