Cooking Class: French-Mediterranean Fusion
Journey from the Greek isles to the French countryside in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Steve. To start the meal, you will highlight the flavors of the Mediterranean coast with tzatziki cucumber shrimp bites with garlic and lime and savory jumbo lump crab cakes with a smooth carrot butter sauce. Travel to France for luscious cheese soufflés served with a frisée salad topped with crispy bacon. Finish this European excursion with classic French madeleines served with coffee, tea or espresso.

Steve was full of smiles and jokes while cooking his favorite dishes for us. He is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to cooking. I will be dreaming about his chocolate mousse until I recreate it myself.

Chef Steve has over 22 years of experience in the food industry. He has worked all across the East Coast in restaurants, hotels, country clubs, bakeries, coffee shops and more. He spent a decade traveling across North America and South America. Over the last year, he has been teaching live cooking classes. Chef Steve specializes in gourmet breakfast and dinner foods, and is passionate about helping others build their confidence in the kitchen.
