In this unique, hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn how to create time-honored, upscale Mexican cuisine from scratch. You’ll leave the class with the skills necessary to prepare a variety of dishes, including fish ceviche topped with lime, cilantro and jalapeños. For the entrée, you’ll cook heavenly braised chicken tostadas and homemade tortillas with a side of authentic rice and beans. To finish the meal, Chef Mo will teach you how to make a Mexican classic: tres leches cake with heavy cream.

Chef Mo’s passion for food roots back to her childhood spent watching her great-grandmother cook.
