Cooking Class: Succulent Seafood Dinner

Take a culinary trip to the seacoast as you learn how to prepare a four-course seafood dinner in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Chris. To start, Chef Chris will show you how to prepare a colorful tuna poke nacho appetizer using fresh ingredients, including watermelon radish, wonton and a soy-ginger glaze. Next, you'll whip up a zingy batch of coconut broth filled with fresh mussels, as well as bacon-wrapped shrimp stuffed with cream cheese. Lastly, you'll end the class with a sweet raspberry gelato dessert. 


Tuna Poke Nacho 

With wasabi mayonnaise, watermelon radish, wonton and soy-ginger glaze

Mussels in Coconut Broth 

With lime juice, sambal chili sauce, Napa cabbage, carrots and ginger

Bacon-Wrapped Stuffed Shrimp

He needs to introduce himself to the class, smile, be outgoing. It was fine making the sushi but his presentation and people skills need work for sure.. It felt so serious, the vibe.
