Begin with a crisp Italian chopped salad made with Romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and homemade vinaigrette while practicing your knife skills. Next, learn the art of pasta making as you prepare fresh dough, knead it by hand and roll it out to make fettuccine and ravioli stuffed with your choice of seafood or cheese. Then, prepare a creamy Alfredo sauce to pair with your handmade pasta. On the side, make crisp Italian garlic bread finished with fresh parsley.
