I had a great experience at the Introduction to Pasta Making class! Chef Ny was warm, friendly, and very engaging, making the class both fun and interactive. Her instructions were clear, and each step was easy to follow, even for someone with little pasta-making experience. The pasta sauce she made was absolutely delicious and paired perfectly with the fresh pasta. I learned a lot and would definitely recommend this class to anyone interested in learning how to make homemade pasta!
