Start with a caprese salad filled with heirloom tomatoes, mozzarella, basil and balsamic vinaigrette. Next is rotini with spinach, kale and bell peppers. You'll also make pizza with homemade sauce and assorted toppings such as pepperoni, pineapple, vegetables and speck, a lightly smoked Italian ham.

Chef Jarvis received his culinary education at the world-famous Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Atlanta before completing his International Culinary Diplome in Spain. In addition to traveling through Europe to broaden his professional and personal horizons, he has also appeared on Cooks vs Cons on the Food Network, as well as several local news stations performing cooking demonstrations.
