Step into classic French cooking in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Kesha.
You’ll start with French fries, practicing knife skills to cut the potatoes, blanch them and fry them until crisp. Then, you’ll make roasted garlic aioli from scratch for dipping. Next, you’ll learn how to break down a small chicken and roast it for crisp skin, using the pan drippings to create a simple lemon sauce. On the side, you’ll toss an arugula salad with Champagne vinaigrette and shaved Parmesan.
