You’ll start by mastering the foundation of great sushi: perfectly seasoned sushi rice. From there, Chef Tony will walk you through simple knife skills and easy prep tips that make everything faster, cleaner and way more satisfying. Then it’s time to roll! First up, California-style hand rolls filled with sushi rice, nori, imitation crab or cooked shrimp, avocado, cucumber and a sprinkle of sesame seeds for the perfect bite.
