Cooking Class: Plant-Based Brunch
If brunch is your love language, this hands-on cooking class is for you.
Led by Chef Andy, you’ll learn how to make fresh, plant-based brunch dishes that feel comforting, satisfying and a little elevated. You’ll start with avocado toast topped with togarashi for just the right kick, then master soft French-style omelettes filled with dairy-free cream cheese and scallions. To finish on a sweet note, you’ll fry up banana cinnamon fritters dusted with powdered sugar. Every recipe is completely plant-based but full of flavor, making this class welcoming for all skill levels and diets. Along the way, you’ll build confidence, pick up plating and seasoning tips and enjoy a relaxed, social cooking experience that makes brunch even better.

My wife and I had fun with Chef Andy's assistant for The Bear themed class. Even took home a jar of our own giardiniera. This would be a good class for absolute beginners. My wife has done a lot of cooking so we would look for a more advanced class next time.

After graduating from the Illinois Institute of Art, Chef Andy gained years of experience in the kitchen as a cooking instructor and online as a food blogger.
