In this creative, hands-on cooking class, Chef William puts an elegant, modern spin on classic American dishes. Boost your culinary skills and learn the latest techniques for preparing exceptional proteins and sourcing the finest ingredients.

See your old favorites in a whole new light as you prepare citrus poached beets with honey, whipped chèvre and pistachios; Atlantic mussels with chorizo, basil and a creamed sherry sauce; and a chic, updated twist on classic Salmon Oscar. For dessert, two tried and true favorites get a modern face-lift: double chocolate chip cookies and a scrumptious fruit cobbler.

Great time at Chef Ramsey’s house! Terrific menu. We all participated in the preparation of the meal. Chef Ramsey shared his knowledge with the group in a fun and friendly way. Can’t wait to do it again!
