Begin the class by making an earthy stuffing with aromatic thyme, fresh lemon and garlic, simmered in white wine to make stuffed mushrooms. Next, make a savory baked chicken parmigiana with a tender chicken breast topped with homemade marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. Plus, make a homemade fettuccine, spaghetti or gnocchi to serve alongside the chicken parmigiana.
