Join fellow food lovers for a fun and beginner-friendly sushi-making class that will help you build confidence in the kitchen. You'll start with California rolls, made with veggies, imitation crab and sushi rice. Then, try your hand at a smoked salmon roll with avocado and rice wrapped in nori. Along the way, you'll pick up helpful tips, enjoy hands-on guidance and receive plenty of encouragement as you learn the basics of sushi making. Chef Rocky is a seasoned chef with 15 years of diverse culinary experience, specializing in Laotian and Japanese cuisine. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a B.A. in Culinary Arts & Food Service Management, Chef Rocky has owned and operated multiple successful restaurants and served as a personal chef to professional athletes. His extensive background includes roles as a culinary ambassador, R&D kitchen assistant and private chef, showcasing his expertise in high-performance nutrition and scratch-made culinary creations.
