Chef Rocky is a seasoned chef with 15 years of diverse culinary experience, specializing in Laotian and Japanese cuisine. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a B.A. in Culinary Arts & Food Service Management, Chef Rocky has owned and operated multiple successful restaurants and served as a personal chef to professional athletes. His extensive background includes roles as a culinary ambassador, R&D kitchen assistant and private chef, showcasing his expertise in high-performance nutrition and scratch-made culinary creations.
