Cooking Class: Allergy-Safe Cooking for Kids

Kids will learn how to make delicious dishes free from gluten, dairy, soy and nuts in this cooking class.


To begin the class, kids will learn how to make fluffy baked rice seasoned with salt and olive oil. Then, they'll practice knife skills chopping red peppers, limes, avocado and mango for a sweet and tangy salsa topped with fresh cilantro. Next, kids will whip up a spicy crema with dairy-free sour cream and mayonnaise with a squeeze of lime juice. Each dish will perfectly complement the others and dishes like tacos and burritos. End the meal by making sweet gluten-free chocolate crispies for dessert. Secure a spot today!
