Begin the meal by whipping up a homemade Caesar dressing to add to a crisp and refreshing salad. Then, mix up garlic bread dough and knead it like a pro to make a soft, fluffy and warm garlic bread to enjoy on the side. Chef Rakhi will also teach you how to make pasta dough from scratch, along with the technique to knead and shape it. Hand-cut the dough into fettuccine and as the pasta boils, simmer a savory bolognese sauce on the stove. Chef Rahki was well prepared and introduced us to new spices and new combinations that delivered amazing flavor to pork tenderloin, tuna and chickpea fritters. She planned and explained her menu well and divided the workload well among our group of 8. Her kitchen is well appointed and she creates a positive atmosphere for learning.

Chef Rakhi hosted a beyond phenomenal class. Her kitchen and home is beautiful yet comfortable. She does a great job of breaking down each task into simple and easy to replicate steps and teaches you tips and tricks of cooking. This experience was very engaging, hands-on, and yummy at the end. I would highly recommend this course to anyone interested in learning how to cook very flavorful and aromatic Indian cuisine!

An outstanding graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute in Los Angeles, she has trained with celebrated chefs and worked across the industry for a decade. Drawing knowledge and experience from generations of talented cooks, she specializes in South East Asian and Tex-Mex cuisines.
