Join Chef Kelsie for an exciting cooking class, making fettuccine from scratch and a rich marinara sauce to pair with it.
Begin the class by whipping up a homemade fettuccine pasta dough by combining flour, olive oil, eggs and sea salt. Plus, you'll learn how to knead the dough and roll it out into sheets before cutting the dough into fettuccine noodles. As the pasta boils, simmer a rich marinara sauce made with fresh tomatoes.
