I am no longer worried about attempting pasta at home. She should have given us a handout for the recipe rather than quickly saying it with people talking as everything was premeasured.

Chef Amira showed me how to make a yummy cajun garlic sauce. It looked so good! I can't wait to try this one at home on pasta or fish. Sauces are always intimidating to me and she walked me through step by step. If you are in Atlanta I recommend taking a class with Chef Amira!
