During this session, you'll learn to make delicious fettuccine noodles by hand using simple ingredients like flour, egg, olive oil and salt. You'll even hand-cut the noodles to the perfect thickness. Then, you'll cook up a flavorful sauce to go with your rustic, handmade noodles, featuring heavy cream, cheese and seasonings, plus fresh spinach, bell peppers and onions. This session is a fun and easy way to bring homemade Italian flavors to your own kitchen, and you'll walk away with skills that you can use to recreate this dish anytime.

She was amazing! She did an excellent job at showing and telling us everything we needed to know to make this dish as success. She was patient and funny, and did a great job at mixing the group for networking purposes. If you’re thinking about booking this experience, just book it! You won’t regret, I use this as a date night for me and my son. We were there with two best friends… this class is for anybody that wants to learn something to do something new.

It doesn't get any better than this. The chicken Voodoo pasta was amazing. Also grab yourself the pootie spice for your cooking. It's improved my cooking and my friends want to know my secret. Serving size was more than plenty. YUM YUM YUM!
