Discover your inner foodie in this hands-on cooking class where you’ll craft a gourmet coastal Italian feast inspired by the sun-drenched flavors of the Amalfi Coast.
Chef Erik will teach you to prepare upscale restaurant-caliber dishes to impress your family and friends. Begin with a classic Caprese salad with virgin olive oil and a balsamic reduction. Next, dive into pasta-making as you prepare seafood fettuccine brimming with mussels, clams, prawns and cod. Then, sauté Chanterelle mushrooms for an elegant contorno and complete your refined culinary experience with affogato, rich espresso poured over vanilla bean gelato.

With tomatoes, fresh basil, Buffalo mozzarella, fine olive oil and balsamic reduction
Seafood Fettuccine
