Start by whipping up the perfect batter with egg whites, powdered sugar and almond flour, then learn the secrets to achieving that smooth, shiny shell. Practice your piping skills before baking your macarons to perfection. While they’re in the oven, whip up two luscious ganache fillings: white chocolate and raspberry.
