Class Description:
Traditional Japanese Nigiri
Nigiri, or nigirizushi, is a traditional Japanese sushi type that consists of a mound of hand-pressed rice topped with a single ingredient. The word nigiri means "hand-pressed roll". Nigiri is meant to be eaten in one bite to fully experience the balance of flavours.
